About SUI Lagos Hacker House
Sui Lagos Hacker House is a 6-day event that is designed to bring together developers, engineers, builders, innovators, and blockchain enthusiasts who are interested in building on the Sui blockchain.
The event will feature workshops, mentorship and coaching sessions, hacking, and networking opportunities to encourage innovation and collaboration. Attendees will learn about the Sui blockchain, develop skills to build robust solutions using Sui and prepare for the Sui Overflow 2025 Hackathon, a global competition with over $500,000 in combined prizes.
The Sui Lagos Hacker House is implemented by Semicolon and sponsored by Sui Foundation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Team Size: Maximum of 4 (individuals are eligible to apply but will be paired to make the team)
- Participants: Open to developers, designers, entrepreneurs, and blockchain enthusiasts
Participation Requirements
Teams must be physically present at the venue in Lagos throughout the duration of the hacker house (March 24-29).
Teams should ensure they can be fully engaged and attentive to their projects throughout the period.
All participants will be required to adhere to the event guidelines and code of conduct.
Intellectual property created by teams during the hacker house will be retained by those teams.
